Taking a break from blogging.

It’s been quite some time since I’ve blog and apologies for that. It’s just that I’ve been stuck with offline work and some other commitments which does not allow me the luxury of time to blog these few weeks.

This short break will last till July when I complete all my roadshow events nationwide and hopefully will have more time to blog. I still answer my mails and comments, so keep them coming. Just that I might take some time to answer them as I don’t get online as often as I do before. I will still keep in touch with you occassionally via mail if you are a  subscriber to my list.

Huge MRRs and PLRs Firesale.

I have recently been faced with a dire situation which I need help from you. A few years ago, I signed as guarantor for my friend and entertainment club business partner of almost close to a hundred thousand dollars bank loan. I was naïve and took his word for it as he guaranteed that I will NOT be liable for the loan that he was taking. I took his word for it, trusted him and signed it without really thinking about it or checking the loan documents. That time, I thought to myself…”I mean, will a good friend screw me over?! Naah, he won’t do that to me as I’m really helping him, right?!” HOW WRONG I WAS!!! It was dumbest move I’ve made and now I regretted doing so.

Time is not on my side as every month goes by, I as his guarantor am equally responsible to be charged with monthly bank interest. The longer I do not settle this, the more I have to pay the certain percentage of the full loan. This is why I am putting aside my ego now by doing this firesale which hopefully, with your help and compassion will get me through this nightmare and start building my businesses again from scratch.

I do have a certain amount of money saved but it’s not enough. And whatever I’m earning monthly goes to paying my monthly commitments. Now, I’m not asking for any handouts or any donations. I still have a little bit of what’s left of my pride and I just want to work my way to get this problem solved. To do that, I figured I would put together a HUGE amount of ebooks, products and software which are donated by my IM friends and I have, up for a really “TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE AND REALLY CHEAP PRODUCTS” firesale.

This s NOT a marketing tactic nor is it a ploy to get money to buy some fancy gifts, go for vacation or any material gains. This firesale is to save me and help me to live my life again. So, if you need products at a really Cheap price, please go to:

Happy New Year 2008!!!

Wishing you, my partners, friends,  readers and my loyal subcribers a very HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008!!!

May this year bring you more happiness, health and wealth to you and your loved ones.

Happy New Year

Here is a joke that I find really funny and I would like to share it with you:.

"Mrs. Ward, please."

"Speaking."

"Mrs. Ward, this is Doctor Jones at the Medical Testing Laboratory.
When your doctor sent your husband’s biopsy to the lab yesterday, a
biopsy from another Mr. Ward arrived as well, and we are now uncertain
which one is your husband’s. Frankly the results are either bad or
terrible."

"What do you mean?" Mrs. Ward asks nervously.

"Well, one Mr. Ward tested positive for Alzheimer’s and the other one
was positive for AIDS. We can’t tell which is your husband’s."

"That’s dreadful! Can’t you do the test again?" questioned Mrs. Ward.

"Normally, yes, but Medicare won’t pay for these expensive tests more
than once."

"Well, what am I supposed to do now?"

"The people at Medicare recommend that you drop your husband off
somewhere in the middle of town. If he finds his way home, don’t sleep
with him."

:P
