It’s been quite some time since I’ve blog and apologies for that. It’s just that I’ve been stuck with offline work and some other commitments which does not allow me the luxury of time to blog these few weeks.

This short break will last till July when I complete all my roadshow events nationwide and hopefully will have more time to blog. I still answer my mails and comments, so keep them coming. Just that I might take some time to answer them as I don’t get online as often as I do before. I will still keep in touch with you occassionally via mail if you are a  subscriber to my list.

I have recently been faced with a dire situation which I need help from you. A few years ago, I signed as guarantor for my friend and entertainment club business partner of almost close to a hundred thousand dollars bank loan. I was naïve and took his word for it as he guaranteed that I will NOT be liable for the loan that he was taking. I took his word for it, trusted him and signed it without really thinking about it or checking the loan documents. That time, I thought to myself…”I mean, will a good friend screw me over?!
